How to propose a MoLeNET project

Colleges involved in the current MoLeNET projects proposed mobile learning projects to be part of the Mobile Learning Network (MoLeNET) in response to an invitation to tender (ITT).
The current bidding round (2007/08) has closed but a similar process is expected to apply if funding is available to continue MoLeNET in future years. Therefore the key documents used in this year’s process are included below to assist forward planning by colleges interested in future funding opportunities for mobile learning.
