I am an ICT Adviser in Denbighshire responsible for 56 primary schools. I have been an Apple Distinguished Educator since the program started in Europe and run the http://www.dvined.org.uk web site to help educators get the most out of the medium. So why these courses? We felt there was a need to do something more interesting and compelling with ICT in schools and music/imagery/animation/video are the perfect starting points.
